Adult ADHD

Being an adult diagnosed with ADHD in the 80’s, this training is very close to my heart. As a student in school there were multiple supports and understanding from my teachers. But as I entered the real world, the struggles with my ADHD didn’t magically disappear. It took me until my 40’s to see the impact it had on my life. Armed with my understanding of my neurodifference and use of sensory strategies on a daily basis I have a new lease on life and I’m eager to share my tips and trades with you.
