He shares this passion with clients by helping them improve their ability to move and gain strength. Stephen enjoys using functional exercises, active stretches, and eccentric movements to help reach their goals, and flexible when it comes to types of exercises and movements in the program. At Northcore Performance Training, they focus on helping people live healthier and more confident lifestyles by improving their strength, fitness, and movement.
