This fitness program uses sensory and functional fitness principles that empowers the individual, promotes body awareness, and address's strong posture, coordination, and motor skills.
Certification and Special Events
Sensory Fitness uses a combination of sensory integration therapy and integrative fitness to build healthy nervous systems, organized minds, and strong bodies. Private sessions are goal driven based on parents concerns, child’s wants, and Sensory Fitness Coach observations and assessments.

Sensory difficulties can make everyday tasks such as eating, bathing, or even sleeping difficult for a child and their caregiver. Discovering and understanding your child’s sensory needs can help take the edge off and be an extremely valuable tool in your belt to help them thrive.
