Today’s sensory health tip is Body Beats! Doing activities like mirroring and crossing midline can help with building bilateral awareness and a sense of midline. All building blocks for tasks that involve coordinating our limbs to work together. Like tying shoes, eating, writing, throwing a ball, high fiving!
